I'm back...

I've not posted to this blog in over 1 year.  Why?  I've been on a journey, a journey of discovery and learning.  Where did I go?  To the Mountain or more accurately to my Mountain, the Mountain View Coffee House.

Why did I go there?  To learn more about the "Business of Business".  Have I learned anything?  You bet.  I've learned a lot.  Have I grown?  Most certainly.  Am I better for it?  Without a doubt.  Will it help me to be a better ITSM Professional?  I know it will.

What's next?  I'm going to take all this newfound business experience and apply it towards a skill that I'm already quite good at; Information Technology Service Management.  Time to get back to my roots and see where it takes me.

I don't know exactly where this new journey will lead, but I know it will be fun getting there.

More to follow...
