In addition to the devastation that they have already suffered as a result of the earthquake of last January where approximately 250,000 people perished and an estimated million citizens remain homeless living in tents, a hurricane is now approaching and places untold numbers at risk once again. Professional background and certifications include Aviation Management, Education, Systems Management, Information Security and Process, Standards and Quality Management. Always delivered with a strong focus on ITIL and similar Process Improvement Frameworks such as LEAN, SixSigma and TQM (Thank you Mr. Deming!).
